What is a Topographic Survey?
A topographic land survey (also known as a topo survey or contour survey) captures the precise 3D shape of the land, including all natural and man-made features. The resulting survey drawings are used by architects, engineers, and planners as a base map for design and planning applications.
Coyne Surveying uses survey-grade total stations and GNSS equipment to capture ground levels, contours, trees, boundaries, services, and all visible features to the required accuracy for your project.
What We Survey

Applications
Topographic surveys are required for planning applications, architectural design, civil engineering, drainage design, flood risk assessments, and site feasibility studies. Our survey data is delivered in AutoCAD DWG format and can be provided as a PDF drawing or in any format required by your design team.
